Tale of Maledict

Tale of Maledict is an adventure platform game. In it, you control a brave young man who decides to go to the woods in search of his missing father, armed with just a stick.

The game unfolds in a series of two-dimensional scenarios which you'll have to explore. At first, you can only explore the forest, but as the story progresses, you'll discover new locations underground and indoors.

To play, you just have to jump from platform to platform, killing your enemies with your stick. Of course, from time to time, you'll also have to talk with other characters who can help you reach the end of the story.

Tale of Maledict is, visually speaking, an impressive game. It's full of contrast, and the protagonist always stands out against the dark backgrounds. While the graphics are very nice, however, the animations are a little rough. The jumping motion, for example, leaves a lot to be desired.

Tale of Maledict is a remarkable game, and although it's a little short, the story is interesting. Likewise, although the animations are pretty rough, the game is gorgeous overall.
